Platform Overview
DeSciAi simplifies and revolutionize a research project lifecycle with transparency, efficiency, and milestone-driven progress. Here's a detailed overview of how it functions:
1. Proposal Submission & Vetting
Submission: Researchers submits a detailed proposal outlining objectives, milestones, funding requirements, risk mitigation strategies, ownership models and Jurisdictional legal contracts.
KYC Compliance: All researchers must complete a full KYC process to ensure accountability and regulatory compliance.
AI Agent Pre-Vetting: Swarm AI agents perform an initial evaluation of the proposal, focusing on:
Feasibility assessment, funding needs, preliminary impact analysis, alignment with platform goals
Identification of risks or red flags using data analytics and historical project insights.
SME (Subject Matter Expert) Vetting:
Proposals that pass AI pre-vetting are sent to human SMEs for review. SMEs:
Validate the AI-agent’s findings and fill any gaps.
Assess scientific rigor, technical feasibility, and funding rationale.
Recommend adjustments to improve clarity, viability, or alignment with community goals.
Feedback & Refinement: Proposals are iteratively improved based on structured feedback before final approval.
2. Initial Research Offering (IRO)
Tokenization: Approved proposals are converted into Project Research Tokens (PRTs), representing fractional ownership of the project.
Fundraising: Projects raise funds via IRO, with PRTs sold to the public using the platform’s native token, DSI, which is pegged to stablecoins for predictable value.
Dual Funding Mechanism: Funds raised are twice the initial milestone requirement:
50% for milestone execution.
50% reserved for a liquidity pool to support tokenomics.
Whitelisting and Contribution Caps:
Participants must whitelist their wallets for IRO participation.
Contribution caps are set based on DSI holdings to prevent market manipulation and maintain tokenomics stability.
3. Project-Specific DAO Formation
Governance: PRT holders form a Project-Specific DAO to oversee progress and make key decisions via token-weighted voting.
Delegated Voting: Token holders may delegate votes to institutions or representatives, ensuring efficient decision-making.
Human Entity Committee (HEC): A subset of token holders manages legal and jurisdictional tasks, with actions governed by DAO voting.
4. Milestone-Based Funding & Reviews
Milestone Submission: Researchers submit detailed reports with data, documentation, and budget updates.
Review Process:
AI-Agent Review: Verifies data authenticity, checks for anomalies, and benchmarks results. Any inconsistencies or potential fraud are flagged.
SME Validation: Conducts human assessments to ensure milestones align with the initial proposal.
DAO Voting: Token holders vote to approve milestones:
Yes Vote: Funds are released for the next phase.
No Vote: Initiates a review and termination process.
5. Termination or Continuation Logic
Continuation: Unlocks fund for next phase of research, while token holders benefit from project progress and IP commercialization revenues.
Termination: Locks all funds and automatically distributes among PRT holders, who also retain partial rights to completed outputs.
6. Safeguards & Fraud Prevention
Fraud Detection: AI agents continuously monitor for inconsistencies, alerting SMEs and DAO members for investigation.
Transparency: All transactions, reviews, and votes are recorded on-chain, accessible through real-time project dashboards.
Reserve Fund: Each project maintains project treasury to ensure funding for critical milestones, protecting against market volatility.
Benefits for Stakeholders
Researchers: Access decentralized funding, structured reviews, and global collaboration.
Token Holders: Share in profits from successful research outcomes and token value appreciation.
Community: Participate in groundbreaking science, guided by transparent and accountable processes.
DeSciAi transforms the research ecosystem by combining decentralized governance, milestone-driven execution, and AI-powered efficiency.
