  • AI Agent Pre-Vetting: Swarm AI agents perform an initial evaluation of the proposal, focusing on:

    • Feasibility assessment, funding needs, preliminary impact analysis, alignment with platform goals

    • Identification of risks or red flags using data analytics and historical project insights.

  • SME (Subject Matter Expert) Vetting:

    Proposals that pass AI pre-vetting are sent to human SMEs for review. SMEs:
