Phase 2: Growth Phase (Q2 2025 )

Key Objectives: Expanding Platform Functionality and Ecosystem

The Growth Phase will focus on expanding the platform’s capabilities, enhancing decentralized governance, and onboarding a larger ecosystem of participants. This phase will focus on:

• Swarm AI Expansion: Enhancing the Swarm AI capabilities, adding fraud detection, milestone verification, and IP assistance functionalities to the system.

• Decentralized Storage Integration: Deploying decentralized storage solutions such as IPFS, Filecoin, and Arweave to ensure secure and permanent data storage.

• Decentralized Identity (DID): Implementing DID systems for user authentication and privacy, ensuring secure interactions on the platform.

• Platform and Project DAOs: Launching the Platform DAO to oversee treasury management and platform upgrades while creating Project-Specific DAOs for research milestone approvals and IP commercialization.

• Security Enhancements: Conducting security audits and implementing robust data protection mechanisms to ensure user and data safety.

• Partnerships and Collaborations: Forming strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research organizations, and AI labs to expand the ecosystem.

By the end of Phase 2, DeSciAi will have a fully operational ecosystem with functional DAOs, enhanced AI capabilities, and a strong community of researchers, funders, and SMEs. This phase will set the stage for scaling the platform globally.
